Sound Bath Meditation (In Person)

Unwind your body, mind and spirit with a sound bath! As you relax on your mat, a meditative acoustic sound concert will "wash away " stress, bring you to a state of deep relaxation and an expansion of consciousness that can activate your body's own natural system of self-healing. As you melt into a guided meditation, Crystal Singing Bowls, Tuning Forks, drums and chimes will be played.

Foam Rolling (In Person)

Addressing the impact of trauma on the body, Foam Rolling is a form of self massage that can loosen the muscle and fascia that can be impacted by chronic stress. The information you learn from this workshop can also be applied from the comfort of your home to promote stress reduction and well-being.

Reflective Art Journaling (In Person)

This is a 90-minute introductory workshop, which will provide an opportunity to explore and express yourself through a variety of art mediums. Breaking Patterns Workshop (Online)

How do we identify the patterns we need to break and create new ones? This workshop consists of creating a pattern, be it with actual items like small stones or with line drawings, or drawn shapes and colors, etc. After some discussion, we then explore creating new patterns out of the old, using all of what is already there and creating something totally different.

Trauma-Informed Yoga (In Person)

Led by a yoga instructor trained in trauma-informed care, this in-person gentle yoga class will include stretches and meditation. The goal of this group is to address the body-based impacts of trauma by providing participants with a safe space for relaxation and peace. While this class does not include a discussion, members of the Resilient Retreat team will be available after the class to support participants that wish to discuss their experience.
