Survivor Strong Support Group (Online)

This is a peer support group focused on how your trauma is currently affecting your life. We will also be discussing and sharing resiliency strategies and how our lived experience has given us the opportunity for growth.

Addressing the impact of trauma on the body, Foam Rolling is a form of self massage that can loosen the muscle and fascia that can be impacted by chronic stress.
