Using essential oils on pressure points and meridians in conjunction with yoga to facilitate the release, balance and connection of our emotion’s energetic patterns and unique frequencies.  Encouraging the release of muscle tension through movement and static stretches.  Did we mention a relaxing, scalp massage during savasana?  We should call this Spa Yoga.
