The power of Yoga honors the shifts and qualities of the season. Thoughts will rise and fall - observing/witnessing this activity provides a meaning-filled opportunity to safely move forward incrementally. Over time, steady and sustainable shifts support ease and alignment of Mind, Body & Spirit.

A peer support group focused on how your trauma is currently affecting your life. We will also be discussing and sharing resiliency strategies and how our lived experience has given us the opportunity for growth.

Positive Mind/Positive Body (Online)
There is a strong link between "positivity" and health. Studies have found that a positive attitude improves outcomes and life satisfaction across a spectrum of conditions. Another thought is that hope and positivity help us make better health and life decisions. Positive Mind, Positive Body will mix positive psychology with yoga (regulatory).

Survivor Strong – Weathering the Storm (Online)
This is a peer support group. We will be discussing and sharing resiliency strategies and how our lived experience has given us the opportunity for growth. We will share tools and resources to help us move forward and receive and offer support.
