A guided book discussion on The Little Prince, a novella by French aristocrat, writer and military aviator Antoine de Saint-Exupery that addresses themes of loneliness, friendship, love and loss.

Educator Strong Peer Support Group (Online)
Giving and receiving support and sharing a sense of community are important resilience builders. This peer support group is a safe, confidential place to feel connected with other educators, and brainstorm ways to cope and discover how Resilient Retreat can continue to be a support to educators.

Reflective Journaling (In-Person)
This workshop will introduce how journaling can be used as a tool for healing, releasing, responding to situations with purpose, mindful awareness, and reminding yourself of what is positive in your life.
