There is a strong link between “positivity” and health. Studies have found that a positive attitude improves outcomes and life satisfaction across a spectrum of conditions. Another thought is that hope and positivity help us make better health and life decisions. Positive Mind, Positive Body will mix positive psychology with yoga (regulatory).
