Humming is an internal sound bath and the vibrations you create can be intentionally directed to parts of your body , offering pain relief and healing. In addition, humming is a way to bring your mind into a deeply calming and meditative state.

Positive Mind/Positive Body (Online)
There is a strong link between "positivity" and health. Studies have found that a positive attitude improves outcomes and life satisfaction across a spectrum of conditions. Another thought is that hope and positivity help us make better health and life decisions. Positive Mind, Positive Body will mix positive psychology with yoga (regulatory).
