Trauma Informed Chair Yoga (Online)

We practice chair yoga because we want to reap the many benefits of a yoga practice but getting on the floor is either inconvenient or not possible. We want to relieve our stress, learn to breathe effectively, improve our circulation, increase our mobility and flexibility, strengthen our bodies and seek an overall sense of calm.

Yoga (Online)

A gentle yoga class that will include stretches and meditation and that focuses on breathing. The goal of this group is to address the body-based impacts of trauma by providing participants with a safe space for relaxation and peace.

Foam Rolling (In Person)
