Board of Directors
Florida native, avid Fitness Professional, Empowerment Coach, Motivational Speaker, Philanthropist and Podcaster. Krystel has been in the fitness industry for over 20 years from teaching group fitness classes to managing corporate fitness centers.
For the past 10 years, she has been heavily involved with many local and global non-profits providing resources to our community, mentoring, event planning and fundraising.
Her passion for helping others shines through all her avenues of life. She is a strong advocate for having a healthy mind, body, spirit connection. Through her purpose, life experience, knowledge, and expertise she helps others reach their highest potential.
Krystel is very open and shares her own personal journey and recovery from CPTSD. She knows first-hand how impactful it is for overall mental and physical wellness to heal from trauma from the inside out. Continuously learning and researching trauma & resiliency healing modalities, Krystel loves to learn, grow and shine her positivity in our community. Compassionate mom and wife, she thrives leading by example, encouraging her family and friends to show up for themselves and face life head on, understanding it’s happening for us not to us!
She is the Owner and “soul leader” of Krystel Clear LLC where she provides Empowerment & Transformation Coaching, Community Outreach Coordinator for Bealls Inc, RMB & Beall Riechman Scholarship Foundation Board Chair, No Blues News Board Member, Take Stock In Children Manatee Mentor, host of “Krystel Clear” podcast, and honored to be a passionate Board Member of Resilient Retreat. She is currently the Chair of the VOICES Advisory Council, providing community feedback from trauma survivors and helping professionals/first responders on the programs at Resilient Retreat.
