Administrative Assistant
Reporting to the Executive Director and the Senior Director of Operations, the Administrative Assistant will facilitate the efficient operation of Resilient Retreat by performing a variety of clerical and administrative tasks in service to the work and staff of Resilient Retreat. This important position will be both internal and external facing, as the Administrative Assistant will often be the first or one of the first interactions that people have with Resilient Retreat. The successful candidate will be welcoming, kind and act in a trauma informed manner at all times. (There will be extensive trauma informed training provided.)
Registered Clinical Social Work Internship
As a Registered Clinical Social Worker Intern, you will assist our organization in providing services that offer hope, healing, and growth to adult survivors of abuse, helping professionals, and first responders. This will be done through our innovative and holistic programs, workshops, and groups. This unpaid internship opportunity will provide real-world experience within the social work field. This intern will receive free supervision hours towards licensure from a LCSW Qualified Supervisor.
Event Sales Manager
The primary purpose of the Event Sales Manager of the Retreat Sarasota is to lead sales, planning and execution responsibilities for all event clients of The Retreat Sarasota. The Event Sales Manager will actively cultivate new clients through networking and promotion strategies. Further, the Event Sales Manager must be a strong collaborator to other team members including caterers, AV, facilities, business development and services and security teams. The Event Sales Manager will steward existing clients and donors to The Retreat Sarasota to maximize overall revenue. This position is a full-time exempt position. Weekend holidays and evening hours are required. This position reports to the Senior Director of Operations for Resilient Retreat. This position will be an employee of Resilient Retreat, Inc.
