A peer support group focused on how your trauma is currently affecting your life. We will also be discussing and sharing resiliency strategies and how our lived experience has given us the opportunity for growth.

Yoga (Online)

A gentle yoga class that will include stretches and meditation and that focuses on breathing. The goal of this group is to address the body-based impacts of trauma by providing participants with a safe space for relaxation and peace.

Non-Linear Movement (Online)

Guides participants in gentle movements designed to release tension, regulate the nervous system and unite the mind and body.
