Sound Bath (In Person)

Unwind your body, mind and spirit with a sound bath! As you relax on your mat, a meditative acoustic sound concert will “wash away ” stress, bring you to a state of deep relaxation and an expansion of consciousness that can activate your body’s own natural system of self-healing. As you melt into a guided meditation, Crystal Singing Bowls, Tuning Forks, drums and chimes will be played.
