Moving From Surviving to Thriving (In Person, Part 2 or 4) GROUP IS NOW FULL

This program is based on the principles of Dialectic Behavior Therapy (DBT), which has been highly effective for those who have difficulty managing overwhelming emotions and having stable relationships. Some of the skills we will be learning and practicing include coping with painful events, recognizing and managing emotions without reacting and/or behaving in destructive ways, building and maintaining healthy relationships, setting boundaries, and mindfulness so that you may experience life fully and in the moment.
