Carla Malachowski
Board of Directors
Carla Malachowski contributes extensive and varied leadership expertise to her position on the Board of Directors. Her professional background encompasses senior roles in the financial services sector, in Development at a nonprofit organization, and executive leadership of sales and marketing efforts within the luxury travel industry.
She earned her BA in History and has participated on numerous boards and business advisory committees over the course of her career.
Prior to her appointment to the Resilient Retreat Board, Carla committed nearly six years in a volunteer capacity, gaining an in-depth appreciation for the organization’s mission and its meaningful impact. This hands-on involvement has strengthened her conviction in the life-changing value of Resilient Retreat’s programs.
