The Power of Poetry # 2 (Online)

Poetry has the power to bring up memories, some beautiful and some may be triggering. This workshop is intended to bring us together on our journey and empower one another through our poetic connection and understanding that healing is a process. There will be a list of vocabulary feeling/sensation words provided, which can help to get started and enhance your creative process. The writing portion will be self-guided, after which we come together to share and process.
