A special offering to set you on course for higher well being in the new year. Join us for a free 90 minute class on January 10th from 12 noon until 1:30 Eastern time, and add tools to your well being toolbox.

Mindfulness meditation is a guided technique you can use to develop focus, clarity, and balance as well as increase inner peace, resilience and happiness.

This experiential session will be facilitated by Julie Burch trained Unified Mindfulness coach, L2.
