Join us for a nature walk on our 84 acres of conservation land! Enjoy the wildlife, nature, and conversations in a non-judgemental and supportive environment. Nature has been shown to decrease stress and increase cognitive skills, happiness, and a sense of meaning and purpose. Please wear closed toe shoes, and a hat and water bottle are suggested.
