A chakra – the Sanskrit word for “wheel” represents a focus or concentration of energy in the body. There are seven different chakras, corresponding with seven locations on the body. Join Bridgette in learning how to bring your chakras back into balance through your yoga practice. Yoga is strongly associated with restoring balance to the chakras.
