Trauma Informed Yoga, Meditation and Reflection (In-Person)

Led by a yoga instructor trained in trauma-informed care, this in-person gentle yoga class will include stretches and meditation. The goal of this group is to address the body-based impacts of trauma by providing participants with a safe space for relaxation and peace. While this class does not include a discussion, members of the Resilient Retreat team will be available after the class to support participants that wish to discuss their experience.
