Ease into Being – Gentle Yoga with Extended Meditative Savasana (in-person)

This gentle beginner yoga program is designed to help you reconnect with your body through mindful movement and conscious breathing. Perfect for those new to yoga or anyone seeking a slower, more nurturing practice, this class focuses on simple, accessible stretches synchronized with the breath.
We’ll move gradually through foundational poses that improve flexibility, release tension, and build awareness—always emphasizing the natural rhythm of your inhale and exhale. Each movement is guided by the breath, creating a calm, steady flow that supports both physical ease and mental clarity.
As we stretch and breathe, you’ll be encouraged to notice sensations in the body, cultivate presence, and develop a deeper connection to your inner landscape.
The session concludes with a restful Savasana (Shavasana), where you’ll be invited to fully relax, reflect inward, and focus gently on the breath. This final relaxation allows the body to integrate the benefits of the practice and leaves you feeling grounded, refreshed, and at ease.
