Sound Meditation (Part 2 of 4; In Person)

Through this 4-part series, guests will be invited to discover the process of feeling well in their bodies through 15-minutes of guided conscious movement followed by 45-minutes of guided sound meditation, a gentle and beautiful way to experience meditative states. There will be about 15 minutes after the experience to answer questions about the experience or the use of sound and movement to shift into resilience.
