Join us for a 1.5 hour program focused on connecting with others while you experiment with your creative skill. This week we will explore Paint by Numbers. Paint by Numbers is a structured activity requiring our full attention. An activity that promotes mindfulness where we are completely engaged and in the present as we paint.
