Addressing the impact of trauma on the body, Foam Rolling is a form of self massage that can loosen the muscle and fascia that can be impacted by chronic stress. The information you learn from this workshop can also be applied from the comfort of your home to promote stress reduction and well-being.
This is a 90-minute introductory workshop, which will provide an opportunity to explore and express yourself through a variety of art mediums. Art journaling holds a focus of process, rather than end product, and may help reduce stress, boost mood, help memory, and bring joy. Art Supplies will be provided.
