Through a series of exercises, inspired by theater directors Boal and Stanislavski, and ancient knowledge from the Yoga Sutras, explore the thoughts that think they are facts and that have the most influence in our behaviors. Take an inventory of your consciousness, examine your intelligence, outer mind, senses, and ego.
