This gentle, experiential session will explore the mental, emotional, and physical benefits of spending time in nature, even when we can’t physically be outside. We’ll engage in a virtual guided nature meditation, discuss practical ways to bring nature into indoor spaces, participants will have an opportunityto share their own ideas and inspirations if they wish.
