We practice chair yoga because we want to reap the benefits of a yoga practice but getting on the floor is either inconvenient or not possible. We want to relieve our stress, learn to breath effectively, improve our circulation, increase our mobility and flexibility, strengthen our bodies, and seek an overall sense of calm.
