We practice chair your because we want to reap the benefits of yoga practice but getting on the floor is either inconvenient or not possible. We want to relieve stress, learn to breathe effectively, improve our circulation, increase our mobility and flexibility, strengthen our bodies, and seek an overall sense of calm.
