Qi Gong involves moving meditation, coordinating slow-flowing movement, deep rhythmic breathing, and a calm meditative state of mind. Qi Gong is a mind-body-spirit practice that combines breathing, movement, posture, and other techniques to improve mental and physical health.  Qi Gong can be used for recreation, exercise, relaxation, and may assist with releasing tension, stress and anxiety.
