Join us for a 90-minute workshop that provides an opportunity to explore and express yourself through a variety of art mediums. Art journaling holds a focus of process, rather than end product, and may help reduce stress, boost mood, help memory, and bring joy. This program is offered in collaboration with the Van Wezel Foundation.
