Mindful Skill Building is a 4 week (in-person) skill building program that will focus on mindfulness, establishing healthy boundaries and regulating emotions. Each session will explore specific techniques that are used to establish boundaries, discover new coping skills and practice different mindfulness exercises within a safe space.
This is an in-person program at the retreat and is limited in size. Participants that register are encouraged to commit to all 4 sessions, as each session will build on the previous session. This is a closed group, so no new participants will be added after week 1.
