Reflective Journaling Workshop (Survivors of Abuse; In Person)
This workshop will introduce how journaling can be used as a tool for healing, releasing, responding to situations with purpose, mindful awareness, and reminding yourself of what is positive in your life. This will include prompted writing exercises, group discussions, and an introduction to moving journaling into poetry.
Trauma-Informed Yoga # 2 (In Person)
This workshop will incorporate gentle stretches, movement, basic yoga poses and relaxation exercises. There will be time for processing individually upon request. You will need to bring a yoga mat and any props that you prefer (i.e. yoga blocks, blankets). Dress comfortably and you may want to bring bug spray.
