This in-person Book Discussion Group will meet for 2 sessions to discuss Wherever You Go, There you Are: Mindfulness Meditation in Everyday Life. The book will be provided 2 weeks before the first meeting. The first half of the book will be discussed during the 1st session and the second half of the book will be discussed during the 2nd session, allowing for a rich discussion. In addition, participants will also engage in some short meditations provided in the book. The goal of this group is to identify realistic ways to incorporate mindfulness into your everyday life.
