Morning person? Or night owl? Whatever time of day you get up, that first segment can set the tone for a day of possibility, or for a day that’s pretty much like the day before. Nature shows us ways to start the day with ease, joy and creativity. Current neuroscience reflects this and gives us the keys to harmonizing body and mind. Would you like to explore ways to create something new in your day? You will create a customized menu of rich, practical, and inspiring ways to set you up for the best day possible. This interactive program is designed to help you craft a nourishing beginning. Please have pen (or colored pencils or markers) and paper handy.
