DESCRIPTION:Becoming Picasso is a two-part theater and mindfulness workshop inspired by Pablo Picasso’s approach to creativity\, curiosity\, and seeing the world from new perspectives. Rather than painting or making art\, participants will engage in interactive theater exercises\, mindfulness practices\, and guided reflection to explore the stories they tell themselves\, expand their awareness\, and discover new possibilities for responding to life’s challenges. While each session can stand on its own\, participants will get the most benefit by attending both parts\, as the experience builds from one week to the next. No experience needed.
