DESCRIPTION:Scribbling and doodling are powerful tools that foster creativity while simultaneously supporting emotional and cognitive regulation. The unstructured\, spontaneous nature of scribbling allows for creative freedom\, while the physical act itself provides a structured\, calming sensory input for the nervous system.  The art project involves starting with a random scribble of lines and then finding and adding features like eyes\, mouths\, and legs to bring the creature to life. Call 941-343-0039 or e mail (info@resilientretreat.org) to register.
