This is a 90-minute introductory workshop, which will provide an opportunity to explore and express yourself through a variety of art mediums. Art journaling holds a focus of process, rather than end product, and may help reduce stress, boost mood, help memory, and bring joy.
This virtual workshop will explain the relationship between nutrition and stress. There will be education and discussion on using nutrition to support the effects of stress and trauma. This workshop will also include practical ways to implement using nutrition as a tool for self-care as well as eating to nourish our whole selves.
