Chair Yoga & Intentional Breathing (Online)

We practice chair yoga because we want to reap the many benefits of a yoga practice but getting on the floor is either inconvenient or not possible. We want to relieve our stress, learn to breathe effectively, improve our circulation, increase our mobility and flexibility, strengthen our bodies, and seek an overall sense of calm.
The only thing needed is a chair without wheels, comfortable nonrestrictive clothing and an open mind to try something new.
